First Class Ground Transportation takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy describes the processing carried out through firstclasstt.com and for the performance of your rides, in accordance with the data protection law applicable in Trinidad & Tobago.

Data collected

Booking: identity, contact details (e-mail, phone), ride details (pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, flight number, passengers, luggage, child seats, notes). Payment: processed exclusively by our payment provider Stripe — we never store card data. Browsing: technical data and cookies subject to your consent (see cookie policy).

Purposes and legal bases

Ride performance and booking management (contract); invoicing and accounting (legal obligation); handling requests and quality follow-up (legitimate interest); analytics and marketing (consent, via the cookie banner).

Recipients and processors

Strictly necessary data is shared with: Droovi (Next Moove Solution SAS) — ride management and dispatch software; the driver assigned to your ride; Stripe — secure payment; Brevo — transactional e-mails; Google — address autocomplete and geocoding; Cloudflare and Hetzner — hosting and delivery. These providers act under our instructions with appropriate contractual safeguards.

International transfers

Some providers (Stripe, Google, Cloudflare) process data in other countries; such transfers are governed by recognised safeguards (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions).

Retention

Booking and invoicing data: duration of the business relationship, then archiving under accounting and tax obligations (up to 10 years for accounting records). Prospects without a booking: 3 years after last contact. Cookies: see the cookie policy.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them: terrance@firstclasstt.com. You may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority competent in Trinidad & Tobago.

Security

Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Secrets and access keys are stored encrypted. Access to data is limited to authorised persons and to what ride performance requires.
